FCA doesn't require ownership to be a member of the organization, and i was wondering if there were many NW region members that are non F-car owners?

I was just wondering because in all the pictures of your drives and events there don't seem to be any non f-cars. I would love to join the organization but i don't want to feel totally out of place :). I will someday own a Ferrari, but thats still quite a few years out.

    Nick,
You can show up in what ever you drive. It doesn't matter. We have been escorted by BMW's, Mercedes, Porsche and Honda. If you look carefully you can see them in the background of some of the other threads. I drove a 240Z to the x-mas party and my buddy drove his BMW. My dad isn't an official member but he shows up in his Volvo wagon all the time.

You see mostly Ferraris posted because that is what the event is all about.

Come on by. As long as you have the itch for an Fcar you WON'T be out of place. We ALL have the itch!

Ownership of a Ferrari has never been required for anyone to become a member or to attend any of the events/drives. Feel free to join us on any drives or events with a non-Ferrari vehicle. And please, do not feel uncomfortable or out of place at all when you do, because you will never be consider as a tag-along or an escort, you will just be one of the fellow Ferrari enthuiast at a local Ferrari GTG, that's all. As for me, I will be attending this weekend's trip to Cannon Beach in an Audi and so will my brother with his Audi. Hope this helps :)

I'm the guy who (used to) show up at events (and drive in them) with a Honda Accord!!! :) It's expected...the damn cars break, ya know?...I showed up in my BMW at the general meeting last Saturday...hopefully, my car will be back on the road in a week or so.

Yes...tell me about it......my spider is still in the shop after 3 weeks. OD2 sensor changed, new ECU and now a new electrical harness being flown in from Italy...........Hopefully this last thing will fix the "check engine light". Its a very frustrating gremlin for me as well as the techs. If all else fails, a FNA tech will be come over from back east!

I used to fix the "check engine" light in my other cars with wire cutters right behind the light with no ill effects. Wasn't an Fcar though.

You might not need a bathroom towel this time to wipe your car :) :)

    Shelbee,
No stolen bathroom towels this weekend------just a huge umbrella to protect the 575 from the tropical sun.
