Not a repost here. But first posted on the NSX forum about a year ago...with multiple reposts there! Still, a great ad -- an amazing considering no special effects. Some good writeups around, too, on what went into building it.
Update: April 21, 2004. Agencies were recognized last night at two big awards presentations. The grand prize at the 40th annual International Andy Awards ceremony, sponsored by the Advertising Club of New York, went to the London office of Wieden & Kennedy and the New York office of Partizan Entertainment, a production company, for a commercial for Honda Motor. The prize, known as the Grandy, comes with a $50,000 cash prize. The spot, titled "Cog,'' is an elaborate two-minute commercial for the British version of the Honda Accord. The commercial required 606 takes to produce. Cool.
The only part that didn't look physically possible was when the tire/wheel rolled up the incline and bumped another tire/wheel which rolled up an incline. -DC
