    Jean Todt, director of Ferrari’s Formula 1 program, has been given an expanded role within the Italian company. Following a management reshuffle, the Frenchman has been named maging director by the Ferrari Maserati Group, while maintaining his responsibility for the brand's Gestione Sportiva.

    Amedeo Feliso was named the company’s new assistant managing director under Todt, while former Ford executive Martin Leach was named CEO of Maserati. Luca di Montezemolo remains president of the Ferrari Maserati Group, but Antonello Perricone will move to an unspecified new role within the Fiat conglomerate.
