1)diablo 2)360 spider 3)gallardo 4)f50 5)f355 those of you who have driven them...which car do you think has brought the most attention while driving through the town?
if they're all the same color: f50, diablo, 360, 355, gallardo putting the 360 or 355 before the diablo is ludicrous. have you ever seen a diablo? it's by far, more eye catching from every concievable angle...
For sure the F50. I see F40's more & every time an F40 is at an event, guys flock to it & girls kiss it. Seriously.
Here in the Ferrari capital of the US (So Cali), I think I've only seen one F 50 in the past few years (out on PCH). It takes the cake hands down. Diablo's get a load of attention, even a black one that I saw on Rodeo Drive the other day raised some eyebrows. Then the Gallardo, 360 and 355.
In order : F50 Gallardo / Diablo 355 360 It seems to be the cars that get the most attention are either rare or really exotic looking. There are many 360's at our gathering, so they don't draw that much people. Most people like to check out the 355's. Diablos get a lot of looks for their very exotic styling and same goes for the Gallardo - Plus the added newness factor. The F50 is both very exotic looking and very rare = This means the most looks.
Any one of them, by themselves is enough to make the average Joe's Heart Race. All of them together might cause him to Soil Himself! Opinion: (1)f50 (2)Diablo (3)360 spider (4)gallardo (5)f355 ( If the gallardo were a Spider, 3 & 4 might switch or tie.) Ironically, the F355 is the one "I" want, for now
I think the F50 and Diablo would be close to the same. My wife even notices Diablos ... saying that she has ocassionally noticed a Ferrari before me, but that is pretty rare. I do not think that Joe Average would find that the F50 stood out anymore than the Diablo ... rareness means nothing to Joe Average, as they simply do not know. Pete
i have driven them all except the f50, which is as rare as hens teeth... 1, f50 2,diablo 3,360spider 4,gallardo 5 355 but they all get my attention big time.....i love all exotics and esp italian cars
F50 is sooo extreme, a pure exotic if there ever was one. Second place goes to the Diablo. I owned an F355 and it got a lot of attention but my 360, I think, gets more. Tonight I drove the car and kids were taking photos with their cell phones and following me. I don't remember getting that degree of attention with my F355 Spider. I have noticed that more people know that the 355 is a Ferrari versus the 360 where more people ask what is it. Here in the Midwest, not as many F cars as the West Coast, East Coast, and elsewhere. BTW, I try to drive my Ferrari where there are not a lot of people. I don't like the attention, I really don't. To me, it's the one negative in owning a Ferrari.
I'll tell you, which ever one you see on the road. When there not doing runs and what-not, you dont say 'Oh theres another European exotic that cost as much as halfway decent house', you say 'Hole guacomole, a European exotic, damn, those are nice in person.'
They all have to be the same color, first, because some color stands out than others. F50 (I am biased), Diablo, 360 Spider, Gallardo, F355 in order. Just little less than 2 weeks of ownership for my F355 spider, I am surprised how much attention it gets compared w/ 328GTS. Then again, I noticed my old '69 Mustang conv. also gets a lot of attention, so maybe its due to convertible attraction?? F50 can go open or closed, so it's the king of attention. (although I never see them on street yet) nn3, why did you specify 360 as spyder? Just curious.
F50, Diablo, Gallardo, F355, 360 You gotta give it to the F50. I think the Lamborghinis stand out way more than the two "normal" F-cars. They're just so much more scarce, the only lamborghini i've seen on the road is a Countach. The F355 is more angular than the 360 and will probably catch people's eye more, not saying the 360 isn't dead sexy, but it seems like there are quite a few out there.
