Interesting crash. Have to wonder exactly what it ran into and caused the crash to take out the whole side like that and yet end up in that position. I'd really like to hear some details about that one

Don't know specific details but crew is shook up but ok.

The Reyland Escort rolled at high speed but the rollcage saved their lives.

Lots of crashes this year but no casualties.

Heard a Lambo crashed at some point as well, but nothing more than rumors. Anyone know anything more?

Lamborghini Murcielago crashed into the back of a truck... thats pretty much definite.

    Re. Enzo... anyone speak Norweigan??

Noen gikk fra hus til hus for å bomme bensin, mens et norsk team og en ferrari ENZO (!!) måtte bruke noen gangstertriks for å stjele fra en stengt bensinstasjon.

    ?????

im swedish so its pretty hard to understand norweigan, but its something like:

Someone went from house to house to "bomme" (dont know what that means) gas. But a norweigan team and a Ferrari Enzo had to brake in somewhere to steal gas from a closed gasstation.

Man dont really get this but thats what the text says....strange....

Oh man what a shame, but an event like this is never without incident. I just hope no one was foolish to hurt any innocent bystanders.

Thats really strange... must be a joke or something...

would make some sense though... out in Moroco with little or no gas stations... having to go from house to house asking for gas... hhhmmm

Looks more like the blunt end of a K rail at 120, pretty clean slice. Hope the guys are alright, considerably shaken no doubt.

amazing that the toebox is intact. I'd expect to see someone loose a leg on that.

    It says:
"Someone walked from house to house begging for fuel, while a Norwegian team and a Ferrari Enzo(!!) had to use some dirty tricks by stealing gas from a closed gas station.

    Where has this been printed??????

The norweigan bit came from gumball.no in their latest report. I was looking for information on the rumour about the crashed Enzo so just copied it across as it mentioned Enzo. The site is translating the full bit soon... but i couldn't wait :D

I've been thinking about this. I would expect the way most British insurance companies try to get out of paying up it would be tough. With the amount of publicity these events get it would be very hard for them to say "i was just driving along in france....". I would be very interested to know if they successfully claim or not.
Rumour has it that Lonman (GT2 with Union Jack on roof) couldn't get insured for his last US Gumball so just drove 'carefully'... his words not mine! hehe
