I'm not sure what it is, but it's the first car I've ever seen with a built in toilet.

Is that last one an AC Petite? A Gordon? A Vi-Car? I can't quite match it up with any of my pix.

    Nice, Jeff!!
AC Invacar...amazing this ugly portapotty shared heritage with the Greyhound Coupe...

OK, Let's do this game BACKWARDS. What's a 'haystack head', and why is it significant to this forum? Wayne, if you're out there, this one is for you. I don't have a scanned pic, but if nobody finds one, I'll pull mine from the archives.

And since that is a biatsch of a question, here is a different question:

Everyone else gets to ID the driver of this car + the car, and estimate top end with drag of horns ;)

Yes, that looks like the car in the pic. Later model, but close...skirted fenders will help ID year, for bonus useless trivia points...

Now...Who is the driver??? Very relevant.

And, if anyone can explain why the guys in the background have dorky helmets on when the car is not fast enough to hurt you if it fell over, I'd like to know that too :p

The Haystack is a different question.

    Oooooh, that's gotta hurt ;)!!!
    LOL
I think top end dropped by 50% with those horns.

The bodywork style looks similar (side anyway) to the Zagato Alfa Romeo bodies worn on 6c and 8c's but the grill and size of the car looks wrong.

I also like the Invicta suggestion but it would have to have a special body as that is not standard Invicta.

Also the grill is not Bentley ... hmmm, no idea really ;)

    Pete
ps: It also is not a Squire as again the grill is wrong ... but the low body height makes me wonder.

Arh that explains the Alfa Zagato looking body, as the Dolomite was a copy of sorts of the 8c Alfa Romeo.

Shameful that a company would copy so much ... IMO.

No not a Bentley. It never competed against them at Le Mans that I can find either ;)

The company was absorbed by another large British conglomerate in the fifties, which itself was taken over by Chrysler in the late 60's.
