If a classic Ferrari V12 is said not to smoke and pulls hard does that mean it is healthy? If it is not firing on one or more cylinders would it smoke or how would you know? How many miles can these engine if treated properly go before a rebuild. When does an engine need a rebuild? I know to get a compression and leak down test- What information does that get you?

Anyone know what the comp and leakdown #s are for a 330 engine?

What kind of gas do you use in these old beasts?

    What kind of oil?

Back then is the year of the build date the same as the model year, eg 10/65= 1965 model year?

    Wow, that's alot of questions!

    Thanks,

    Dan
