Rebuilding a 355 engine with my mechanic. Looking for best source of data for torque settings on bolts, timing settings, etc....

Any other caveats to watch for?

Agreed you really need the whole manual yourself. It only cost 125 pounds here in England and may save a really hazzardous error

The factory manual is important but there are a few special tools as well....here's the 2 bolted onto the engine to time the cams.

You will find the parts and workshop manuals essential for that kind of work. Available from multiple sources and worth every penny if you're doing a rebuild.

I am restoring a 355 and received the engine with the car in pieces. I recently purchased the manual with everyone's advice thank you, it certainly has a lot of information. My question is torque specs. I see specifications for clearances just not torque.

Engine torque specs are at the end of the engine section, transmission torque specs are at the end ot the transmission section etc.
