    After much indecision I finaly decided to get the stripe on my stradale. Its Rossa Scuderia with Alcantera and in stage 20, can anyone explian the stages?

    Can't wait to get it........

    Just to give you an idea.....When my car was at stage 20, I was told that it was primed and waiting to be painted. The wait is well worth it.

    From memory...

    Stage 10 - queued by FNA
    Stage 20 - accepted into Production
    <bunch of stages we don't get to see in production>
    Stage 85 - out of Production (waiting on boat)
    Stage 90 - on Boat (somewhere on the Atlantic)
    Stage 95 - off Boat, received in NJ (often never reported)
    Invoiced - NJ has the car and is preparing to or has shipped the car to your dealer
