Yes - you know this is the only Chat board requiring a two year engine-out timing belt change.
I hear the other ones go 5 years.

Girl: Um, it's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Rob pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

    Teacher: Thank you Semone

Yes, I guess these things only happen when I'm on vacation. :( Thanks Omar (I believe) who called and left a message it was down. It looks like it was down from late yesterday afternoon until a little past midnight CST. I called the server admins and I don't know enough yet to describe the problem, but they had to work on the physical box, but there wasn't any memory loss as far as we know.

I'm still in Kansas, but will reply to all the emails and PM's tonight (except the ones just saying "I can't access FC") when I'm back in Texas and on DSL.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We had previously gone almost 4 months with only one bounce. We're looking at a new server setup right now and failover is something I want to explore.

    Thanks,
    rob

ALWAYS glad top help. If you have a hard time finding anything let me know. You may also want to replace ALL lights/assemblies. During Dyno Day it was PAINFULLY obvious the difference between those with original stock (20 years old) lights and the new ones on the car here. Followed Verell to his home and could barely see his tail lights light up when braking/turn signal. The new ones on the 308 here are VERY bright.

Also, for about $100 you car GREATLY enhance the headlights by going with uprated semi-Zenon bulbs/new lens.

You were clear with the message, but after I heard "FC is down" I kinda shut everything else out. :) Thank you very much, you were the only one to call, so everyone else is fired. ;)

That's a problem I have right now, email is on same server. :) All the mods have my PCS #, if a couple other active users want it to give me heads up for the 8 hours a day I'm not watching, then that would be cool. :)

Part II: It's been down the past two hours because of a corrupted Db table. I didn't catch it right away because I was out for a run, once I was back it took about 30 minutes to run the MySQL auto scan/fix. I'll look into the root cause, but I think it's related to the Saturday evening problem.

Whenever a problem happens to the software or hardware, I research the root cause and make any changes I can to eliminate or mitigate the risk of the problem happening again.

    Thanks,
    rob

Hehe, yep. Fortunately, Michael's 308 (my old one) already has the new "diamond-cut" Euro lenses w/ high output Xenon (not HID) bulbs with a direct-to-battery relayed wiring harness :). He's set in this regard!

The site worked for me perfectly fine yesterday, and I posted pretty late with Ryalex as well.

When it was down today, I instantly notified Omar on AIM, and he said he called, so I thought you didn't need another phone call from me as well. ;) :D

Stop going fishing Rob, and such things wont happen
