    Does anyone know if you can use the original lug bolts on the reproduction 16" wheels for a 79 308 GTB.

    I had to shorten the rear lug bolts about 1/8 inch to keep them from contacting the rear hubs. The front lug bolts were used on the front wheels without modification.

    I would think it would depend on if you started with the original 14's that were the same width at all four corners...
    And if you were going to the later style QV wheels that were wider in the rear.
