After 3 years I still haven't had the pleasure of driving her. It's always been the "while you're here you might as well" syndrome. A few before and after pics.

I was wondering when you were going to post that picture.

That definitely does not appear to be a factory type of plate, probably issued by a state DMV for registering purposes (from the state that you bought it from, or from another area when a previous owner bought it).

    JMHO...

Looking at it again, it wouldn't be from a State since the weight scale is in Kg. Could this be an ex-Canadian spec GT4 (you did buy this in the U.S. didn't you)? If an ex-Canuck car, which province would issue a plate like this?

Maybe you should post this in General Discussion...

Peter as far as I know the car came from Arizona. The plate was completely covered in black spray paint and only the indented numbers could be seen. I was going to sand blast it and then decided to clean it with some thinner, this exposed the Ferrari script on it. The layers of paint protected it pretty good, sorry it doesn't photograph well.

Here's one I took today, I really like how it sits now that the engine is in the back, doesn't look like a 4X4 anymore!

Too cool, too cool. I too know how that, "Well while I'm here..." thing goes. But mine only got me in trouble for a month - 3 years, damn! Makes me glad I only worked on the interior. :)

    Stunning! I am jealous!

Maybe after I get my shop built I can take the kind of time you are on yours. Not only is it going to be one of the nicest GT4's around but it's a very good color besides.

Thanks guys. I really haven't done much with the interior. It got a new dash covering, console and doors but the seats I'm leaving. Hopefully a new rug (nothing there now). Previous owner did the interior but it was all wrong and a real mess. I just want to drive this thing! The carbs should go on this month and the ignition then she is ready to be fired up.

Wow, awsome, just awsome. I love to see people put that kind of work into their cars and then actually drive them.

    Keep us posted!

New rubber is on the list but that will be the absolute last thing I buy for it.
