    Trattoria Maranello has invited us for their Grand Opening. The restaurant is an italian eatery with Ferrari theme. Their food is excellent and hospitality outstanding.

    Date: Thursday December 10th at 7pm.

    Please RSVP with me. I will see to it that we will have parking spaces held for our cars in front of the ristorante. A 575 is on display in front.

    It's in South Miami near Sunset Place. Take I95 south until it turns into South Dixie Highway, continue south just past UM make a left on Sunset Drive 2 1/2 blocks. Or take the turnpike south and I'll meet you there.

    it does not start at 7pm but 6pm

    come down US1 (extension of I95) and make a left into 70th Street (Sindo please confirm) which is Sunset Drive
    The restaurant is opposit of Don Pan and next to Beverly Hills Cafe.

    I can't make it. Too much going on getting ready for my party this weekend, plus at 6:00 down I95 from Ft Lauderdale will take me an hour and a half if I could make it. Tough time of day to get from here to there.

    correct Martin, when you make the left on sunset drive it's 2 1/2 blocks
    down on the left.

    off of us1 from north go left (south) on red rd (57th ave). go to 1st light (sunset/72nd street) and make left (east). restaurant on left 50 yards, if that.

    sorry guys. on the way home tonite i realized it was the SECOND light not the first. will try to be there.
    good point about the booby trap. since all the ruckus surrounding the opening, haven't heard a peep.

    Hats off to Martin for a great evening at Maranellos. A great turnout, food and wine and of course Ferrari's. I'm sure photos will follow soon,well time for the bedroom, way too much wine!
