Is there a way to lower the factory front suspension on a 308. I would like to lower the front of mine to give it a more level stance. I was hoping for an adjustment that could be made versus bolt on modifications.

You will need to either install a spring lowering perch,
or install a set of adjustable shocks with springs like I did.

    No adjustment is provided.

Go to the old FChat site and search on "lowering 308" (AND mode, parts of words) -- you should get ~40 relevant threads discussing the 4 methods (from ~$200 cost to ~$3K cost):

    1. Deeper lower spring perches.
    2. Send your Koni to Truechoice (or similar) to (be rebuilt and) have adjustable lower spring perches added to the lower shock case.
    3. Find shorter (and usually stiffer) 4" OD springs.
    4. Replace existing (4" spring) Koni with adjustable aftermarket (2.5" spring) shocks per Dave's post.
