    O.K. I'm not complaining,or anything. But,I see all these ads for Ferrari's For Sale,and some of them list "Red Calipers" as if it's some kind of Performance Modification or something. I just find that as being funny. Anyone else?

    It's an aethetics thing. Also a selling point because a lot of people like them.

    With the newer cars you can order what color calipers you want from the factory.

    You're right, there is no performance advantage, it is strictly appearance. That said, I do like the look.

    Well...they state "red calipers" because isnt painted colored calipers an extra option that you have to pay for? They are just mentioning the options the car has.

    it's an added option that costs money, therefore an option of importance to mention.
