Spoke with UPS and they require a invoice to be filled out with a description and value. I just want the manifolds rebuilt by QV London, not export them. Any one have any experience with this?

You can make an invoice out stating "no commercial value" samples for the value. You can still insure them for what they are worth so you're covered for loss.

Ship under a temporary import bond (TIB). Customs brokers a very familiar with this. It is a guarantee of return of goods. TIB is just for this situation, repair and return.
