    Was wondering if I could maybe wax my 1:18's, or will the wax eat through the paint?

    There are specific diecast waxes available. I have never used any, since it is a pain doing a real car. Do a web search and see what comes up. I know there is a drag racer who endorses one brand.

    i've used regular car wax with no problems.

    meguiars (sp?) have a diecast care kit that includes wax
