Here is a cool website that a friend of mind did on "The Wall". He picked the album apart and does an analysis of the album's lyrics. I think he did a great job.

Floyd's awesome. They're one of those groups that I never get tired of listening to. Can't count how many times we'd "ring one up" and put them on. My low point was probably going to one of the laser shows. Yikes.

Pink Floyd is awesome, I saw the Division Bell tour and it was great. Not to mention Nick Mason is a huge Ferrari and F1 fan. He owns one of G. Villeneuve's cars.

It's funny about Floyd. Gilmour does so much with so few notes. Mason does almost nothing with the drums. Wright is almost invisible. Waters' bass is not remarkable, his vocals are good, not great. But the songs are something else. I think I heard once that Floyd does not do a single song about love. Is that true?

Everone listen, I think the most underrated floyd album is
"The final cut" if you don't have it, get it and listen.
Every song is great except song 11, its ok but dosen't fit.
Very much a drama album. Tell me what you think.

I love "The Final cut". "One of the Few" is a great song, even though it is so short.

Here is what I believe about The Floyd: 100 years from now The Wall will be as revered on stage as Wagner, Verdi and Puccini are now.

Saw them INDOORS at Oakland Colleseum 'Delicate Sound of Thunder' tour; you could hear a pin drop during 'Great Gig in the Sky" and the 15 minute version of Comfortably Numb was a religeous expierence not seen since Fatima
