The car has just 9k kilometers on the odometer and has been parked in a good garage, serviced on time, etc., never been abused.

But I currently drive a 2003 Porsche to work everyday and reliability is a must for me.

    Can I rely on a 6-year-old 456?

Also, I live in Kuwait, where summertime temperatures regularly exceed 55 degrees C (130+ degrees F). Is the air conditioning on the 456 good enough for that? What about engine overheating?

Stick with the P-Car. My buddy has a 97 456 GTA he has been trying to sell, for an everyday car I still would stick with the 911.
