I believe thats R. Lee Ermey. He is the guy with that Mail Call show on the History Channel. I could be wrong about that though...
Yes that is Lee Ermey in that picture playing Gunnery Sgt Hartman in Full Metal Jacket, a movie I have seen 100+ times and can quote it word for word . Side story, the gunner in the helicopter shooting at the people with Joker and Cowbay was the original D.I. but Lee Ermey came in. He was in another great VietNam move called "Attack on Fire Base Gloria".
obviously his new name, with 'burg' added to the end, was meant as an insult. he is not appologizing because he feels bad, he is just trying to stir things up. Jeez you would think that people smart enough to get good high paying jobs and buy ferraris could figure out why hes apologizing.
