Looks a lot like the car in this thread: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4436 Not sure why you're calling it a Hamann.
I was under the impression that apart from the serious performance upgrades, Hamann, LM and GTE F40s had the very distinctive hood with the big ducts and headlights (in addition to the adjustable wing). I know you can find modified F40s with LM turbos, adjustable wing etc, but what exactly is "spec" for a "real" LM or Hamann or GTE? P.S. I know I should look this up but I was hoping someone could just tell me A Hamann F40:
http://www.qv500.com/ferrarif40p2.htm That's the scoop on the F40LM. Go back to the F40 section on the site and you'd see a huge list of F40 racing variants.
It seems most pple who change the wing of their F40 will call it a F40 LM lol... Its not an F40 LM unless it was sent to Michelotto and upgraded to LM SPecs !
Bob Hatch himself is a huge Ferrari fan. I know he has several 355's, at least one being a challenge car, and possibly a 360.
this is a Belgian one, a real one, as the customer had the very first F40 ever delivered (Jean Blaton alias 'Beurlys')
and we go further...... by the way the F40 LM is sn 88520 and now owned by my friend Aghina. Look at this Belgian one and unique..........
Hello Vincent, Your buddy Roland here in Colorado. We Belgian do have nice cars don't we ???I never saw that yellow LM, what a change from the original. Was this Blaton's LM ?? Happy new Year to you and your family,' Roland
