Why is that? Every time I've been in France I have seen many Ferraris, more than I used to see here in Spain.

And I recall seen a group of French onwners a while back in this forum, does anybody know what did happen with them?

there you go, you have one more reason to move to the south... jeje.

We had a bad November here, was raining like I have never seen before and I was really depressed as I could only drive the F car a couple of days, not because of the rain, but becuse the amount of clumpsy drivers when it is raining. So I kind of know how you feel.

But since 3 weeks ago it is really sunny, in the mid and south of Spain only. The north is like the rest of Europe, under the snow.

In fact I am just wearing a shirt today.

    Greetings!!!!

    - JUlio.

I am sure you will do it Wolfgang, I have read enough in this forum to already know that.

Well if it helps to aliviate the envy, I will say that summer here, is when driving my 328 is a nightmare. This summer we have reached temperatures up to 50 C in Madrid, and most of you know that the air conditioning in the 328 barely gets rid of the heat of the engine.

Not only that, you have to continiusly watch the water temp, and if I am unfortunate enough to get in a traffic jam, well, it is not the first time I have to get to the side of the road and wait for the car to cool down.

So in Europe I do not think there is a perfect place, yet, if you are fortunate enough you could have a house in the centra Eutrope region for the spring/summer and south of Europe house for the winter. I know many germans and british do, go to Marbella or Canary Islands now, you will see.

Southern California, that is the place to own a Ferrari, now they must be in the 20 C range, and always sunny. I miss it just for that.

What I envy of you guys is that there are so many of you relatively close, that you have events or small meetings almost every week. We are a few here in Spain but all of us live in a different part of Spain :( So for the moment all my rides are alone, and that makes them less fun.

Anyway this is the weather here today, taken an hour ago:

Next year 2005? That is a long way from now...

That is agood idea, we had talk before about it. It will be good if it could happen at the time of the Ferrari Concentration of Cantabria in October.

The roads, scenary and food in that area are all incredible.

Or we could organize a Fchat only concentration maybe in France, around Bordeaux maybe, so it is fair in distance to all of us!

    what do you think?

    - Julio.

    Julio,

brillinat idea and yes, we have talked about a meeting in 2004.
Bordeaux in October would be more than perfect to me!
So I can drive my car, meet you gents from Spain and buy some good Bordeaux red wine. I know some great places in Bordeaux where we can go for a wine-probe in the evening.
Serious, lets think and discusss about it....I`m in!
