Look fwd to seeing you tomm.Haven't driven my car since our Virginia Water gathering due to awful weather. They are some top driving roads around the meeting point so we should get a decent run out of it.

    Good to meet you chaps.

When you all shot past me it was interesting to hear the difference between a Tubi and a non-Tubi car. I can understand how you want one Richard!

I wasn't being a jessie hanging back, but I have a slight problem with oilsmoke when I get over 4000RPM so I try to make 85 my top speed, and you guys were obviously feeling feisty......

Looking forward to the next one...

Good to see you all. Looking forward to the next meet.

Another venue could be Brooklands Museum. Close to Junc 10 M25. Plenty of parking, a small museum & plenty of tea!

    See ya all soon.

    Stig,
was the difference that noticeable? I tend not to notice my car's exhaust note unless really pushing on , plus i had roof on and windows up! Roof off , that's a different matter...

Great to see everyone; once the penny'd dropped that I had too much altitude. That was fun and following Tony with the windows down is a treat.

From my mobile Tony. The reception is particularly good from up there above the clouds!

    Kevin,

Did you follow me onto the M25 or did you go in a different direction? I lost you once I got on there (I took the Heathrow direction).

Yes, well. I er, took the wrong exit, had a brief excursion to look at that nice roundabout that's the last chance to turn round before you end up on the M25, heading in entirely the wrong direction.

You must have had your clog down, since after that I wasn't exactly dawdling!

Ah, I wondered if you'd been caught out by the staggered exits. I did that the first time I used that stretch of road too!

I wasn't going that quickly really, but I leave at Junction 11 anyway so it's only a short hop along there for me.

    Tony,

Yeah, the difference was quite aparrent. Your Tubi has a more noticeable "howl" to it's note compared to Richards standard pipe (which still sounded fantastic BTW).

Good Afternoon & Happy New Year to all,

I have been out of action (computer) but now back at work and able to use a computer!!

Very sad that I missed out on yesterday's ride out. I am itching to take my baby out. Last time was when a few of us met in Westerham - I am having serious withdrawal symptoms.

Is another one in the pipeline?.

    How is that clutch Stig?

    Regards,

    Henry
