NOT Ripped off

Several weeks ago, I posted a note asking if anyone had any experience with ordering European Ferrari Rental's European Ferrari Adventures DVD as I had received the dvd but it would not play on my players. I could not contact them bv e-mail, phone etc and was getting a bit "POed."
Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a call today from their Nebraska office and they could not have been more helpful-new dvd being shipped at no expense, if this doesn't work, let us know and we will send a vhs version, sorry for the problems etc. Everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. My initial concerns were completely wrong.
