what is?

what is the clear plastic called that protects from stone chips that is on my 355 as i would like to replace it but cant remember what to ask for, also where can i get it?

It's on the paint? Yes? Then it's made by 3M, Scotchcal brand. Comes in various thickness, lengths and widths. Die-cut sets are available for Ferraris. Contact a window tinter, bodyshop supply or vinyl graphics place. Not cheap, takes practice to apply. If you have infinite patience, it is DIY. If you're adult A.D.D., leave it to a pro.

cool, i was just look through Griots Garage and they have some in there, they call it paint saving,clear protective shield about $3.95 4" x 1ft.
may give that a shot.
