    New house is coming along well and now garage decisions are to be made. I am going to get a Bend-Pak 4-post lift. In regards to flooring, can race deck, kiwi tile etc..handle the weight of a lift that will have casters for ability to move around? Would it be best to just treat the floor with epoxy? or some sort of commercial grade floor paint? I would like any opinions on logevity of treatments etc...Keep in mid that I don't have an unlimited budget, so I want to keep it simple and clean and $...not $$$$.

    i would talk to the kiwi / racedeck people about a lift on casters. i know kiwi has customers who put their four-post lifts ON the tile, but not so sure about moving it around. GREAT question - please post whatever you find out.

    as for lifts, you should cf. the other going thread on this topic re: the solid leg -vs- molded U leg issues.
