Just got back from picking up the car from NJ.
The car is awesome.

I was nervous/excited/happy/relieved all at once driving back.
Pics will be posted once I learn how to post pics.

As for pipes, I dont think I'm going to do it. I know it sounds nice,
but its a hassle to take them on/off once a year imo.

My car doesnt have tubi, so thats one thing I'm going to get real soon.
Either Tubi or Capiristo. First, I want to get use to the dynamics of the
car, then decide what I need to do to it.

Calling Gus tomorrow to get it detailed sometime soon.

Title gets Fedexd on Tuesday of next week.

Nah..car is still at classic coach. They are checking my oil temp gauge sensor and I just told them today to install a 355 horn in the car. So they said earliest would be Saturday delivery, but Mayur is coming back to me with a quote on a straight silenced pipe install on my car this afternoon. SO my car might be there a bit longer. Or maybe I get my car back sooner until the straight pipes come into the shop from overseas.

Get your car back so you can join us on the run Sunday. If the pipes are coming in from overseas, it will take some time for them to get it. Can't let a day like this go to waste. Plus, I think you'll quite like where we end up.

 

Hubert just put the straight pipes in already and dont worry so much ,have them inspect the car now and then have them put the pipes in and you wont have to worry about it until next year..

This is whats going to happen if you don't . Saturday you will come out to hear my car I will be on the highway at 55 hundred rpms in 3rd great that time we will be going under a over pass at the same time. You will hear the most beautiful most intune sound you have ever heard. At which time you will then cry out of your ass because you have never heard such a beautiful sound like that before. You will then ask jon if he has a tissue so you can wipe your ass. Next you will ask jon if he can get closer to my car. In which time I will then be ath the top of 3rd going in to forth and again you willhave to use the whole box of tissues to soak up all the tears that will be exiting your rectom perfuselly. Next you will then ORDER jon to turn around and drive you to classic coach where you will then have them install these god given pipes from hell.

So you might as well skip all that and pick up the phone and have them install those things. RIGHT NOW! or have them put in a sick stereo system insted.... it's your call.. make the riht one.

I cant do Sunday because my brother and his wife are having their baby shower brunch that day. I have to go to that.....it's not a typical baby shower because if it was...only girls would go. The person organizing it invited boys and girls.

Do you know what they are charging for the F355 horn with labor?

 

no i dont...but the F355 horn shouldnt be more than $100 bucks...and how much labor is involved in changing a simple horn? should be less than an hour. i just hate my 360 stock horn too much. sounds like a honda or toyota horn.
