Just got back from picking up the car from NJ.
The car is awesome.

I was nervous/excited/happy/relieved all at once driving back.
Pics will be posted once I learn how to post pics.

As for pipes, I dont think I'm going to do it. I know it sounds nice,
but its a hassle to take them on/off once a year imo.

My car doesnt have tubi, so thats one thing I'm going to get real soon.
Either Tubi or Capiristo. First, I want to get use to the dynamics of the
car, then decide what I need to do to it.

Calling Gus tomorrow to get it detailed sometime soon.

Title gets Fedexd on Tuesday of next week.

Nah..car is still at classic coach. They are checking my oil temp gauge sensor and I just told them today to install a 355 horn in the car. So they said earliest would be Saturday delivery, but Mayur is coming back to me with a quote on a straight silenced pipe install on my car this afternoon. SO my car might be there a bit longer. Or maybe I get my car back sooner until the straight pipes come into the shop from overseas.

Get your car back so you can join us on the run Sunday. If the pipes are coming in from overseas, it will take some time for them to get it. Can't let a day like this go to waste. Plus, I think you'll quite like where we end up.

I cant do Sunday because my brother and his wife are having their baby shower brunch that day. I have to go to that.....it's not a typical baby shower because if it was...only girls would go. The person organizing it invited boys and girls.

Do you know what they are charging for the F355 horn with labor?

 

no i dont...but the F355 horn shouldnt be more than $100 bucks...and how much labor is involved in changing a simple horn? should be less than an hour. i just hate my 360 stock horn too much. sounds like a honda or toyota horn.
