Ahhh, yes. The (in)famous Grigio Ingrid Metallica paint. You don't see it much, but it's a stock Ferrari color.

This color is the same color as the 375 MM that Rossellini gave to Ingrid Bergman. The latest issue (#151) of Prancing Horse has an article on the 612 and photos of a 612 in the same color, as well as the 375. The 612 has other styling links to the 375 MM.

    jaslally,

your old car is great looking. it was for sale a while back. the sabia interior truely compliments the car. my car should be in in the next week or so. i have the sabia interior, but with daytona seats with black straps and piping. i opted against the sports seats as they look uncomfortable for long drives. did you find that to be the case?

My seats were comfortable for me although I never
went on any long trips but some of my passengers did complain even on
short trips.I think your choice is a good one. Enjoy your 360

i am surprised that the car that started this thread is here in houston. i am not familar with it and there are very few ingrid cars that i am aware of. the seller is a local porsche dealer. he states that in 2002, there were only 20 360's painted ingrid. i have never heard anyone giving production estimates for specific models that were accurate. he has an asteric after his statement, but i found no clarification. does anyone know how this information can be found, if it is true?

Must be standard when you order Ingrid...Every Ingrid car I have ever seen, ((3) had gold/copper brake calipers.

The calipers were a factory option. Not all ingrid grigio 360's are ordered with
that color option. Ingrid grigio is a color that has to be veiwed in person
before one can make a fair opinion.

Thanks. I always like to try something unique. I also have a 612 on order
for which I am currently giving thought as to what I should spec.

Absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. It would be equally beautiful on your 612.

Actually I was thinking the 612 should have daytona seat option
with deviating inserts and stiching. I could play around with quiet
a few color options that way. Here's a pic of an ingrid grigio 612

Yes. The more I see the 612 the more and more I enjoy it. Although I vastly enjoy the live, in public pics much more than the auto show shots. For some reason the lines aren't as visible in the enclosed shots. I want to see the modular wheels they offer for it. I think they will make it stunning.
