Update is... the seller is no longer registered!
I dont' know if that means ebay pulled his account or if there's a way to "resign". Regardless, I hope Ferrarifraudbuster gets his engine! LOL

Chalk one up for the Ferrarichat ebay defenders! :D

Kind of... I got ripped off from an Ebay seller in Germany. Got my money and i never recieved the item. Ebay does nothing, Paypal does nothing and Ebay has a fraud division, but all they do is email the seller, if the seller doesn't respond to him, nothing happens. So basically, YOUR F&#&^@^#ED.. So that is why you have to be VERY carefull using Ebay!!! Be cautious on EVERYTHING!!!

    Tod,
Good point. I have spoken to a couple very large Ebay sellers, and they tell me that fraud is rampant on Ebay and Ebay does little to control it. They claim that once this becomes common knowledge, it will be the downfall of Ebay.

I still like and use Ebay, but try to be as careful and wary as possible with each transaction.

    Dave
