Does anyone know how I can find a company that specializes in importation of exotic cars into Thailand? I will be transferring there on a permanent basis and I will have to take a few toys over. Thanks for the help.

The only exotic car is Red, Yellow or Blue and has a proud horse on the front!!!

You can contact freight forwarders who specializes in Asian regions. Since you are moving also, you are not really importing for business, rather moving personal belonging. Some countries have exemption for that.

If you live in a city w/ international airport, look up yellow pages, and they are listed such as Nippon Express, NNR Cargo, K-Line, etc.

You might want to check this option out - for example, I know if you're a foreign national working in the US temporarily, you can bring in to my knowledge at least one vehicle without doing DOT/EPA conversion. I've seen RHD Volvo sedans in Boston with Consular plates on them.

Good point. May work the reverse for Thailand as well (although once you head there, you'll have a hard time coming back :D)
