My AC blows cold for a while, but then freezes up and blows hot. In the past on other cars that's meant that the charge is low. Any suggestions for a decent AC shop that won't shaft me due to the horse on front?

Cheap repairs jobs can be costly so I wouldn't take chances. Your system is R12 which will be pricey anyway. If you want to have it done right, give this guy a call.

Robert @ Shadetree is best for Italian A/Cs in town. He did the 8 Ton of A/C in the FIAT and did a customer Evaporator and Condenser in the Ferrari.

If the 328 is the same as the 308, then it's a York system. Nothing complicated or mystery-Italian there. Same thing that was stock for the Pantera too. Anyone can work on them.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Yes, I know it's a basic system. 10 years ago any corner garage could have checked it. That's why I wanted to find someplace that wasn't blinded by the name.
