    Has anyone with an early 360, (99-01) either upgraded their Transmission Control Unit or later purchased a '02-'04 360 that can comment on how the newer unit effected shifting characteristics.

    I had an '01 spider fitted with an '03 TCU. The difference on upshifting and in traffic is significantly better. Even the wife (who knows nothing about cars, upgrades, etc.) said she noticed how much smoother the car behaves.
