I got by coincident yesterday a very good 355Challenge that I can offer at an unbelievable price!

This is a 1997 factory built car with 7700 Miles showing but has to believed more since the odometer is not working at the moment.
The car shows no signs of wrecks other than sheetmetal that has been bend here and there. The car was run in the Challenge series. I will have more details next week. A same color 360Challenge has been commissioned by the same owner in the series as well.
This car has not been run since January of 2003. I will shake down the car in Homestead this weekend. First drives are very promissing. It is fast and shows no signs of needing anything.

This car is offered at $ 55,000 on my website later today or $ 52,000 to F-Chatters (good till next week Friday)

If you are interested please do not PM me but send an e-mail.

This is an incredible offer for a good 355 Challenge.

I could trade in a REALLY nice 348 spider....

...this is a great deal - certainly that price gets you past the color!!

Hope somebody in SoCal can take advantage as I'd love to see/hear/ride in this one.

    Cheers

    Kewpie,

LOL that is an abusive color but it is just paint and it is a racecar so get out your spray can what color would you like it. If I buy it I'll add giant orange poka dots on it. Then when other cars see the insane Ferrari driver coming they will move out of my way. If you are a racer DIY'er and the car is not a total beater then maybe.... But then again it would be kinda fun to own a totally disrespected Ferrari with the door falling off and duct tape on the bumper, poka dots, the pininfarina sign dangling from the rear clip. You would get some great laughs at Concorso.

Check with Central Ferrari of Florida about the car. They where the dealer of record for the Ferrari Challenge Series for this car. They would know and have all the records on the car.

We did a shake down in Homestead yesterday and the car performed really well. Tires are gone, other than this the car drives very strong.

This is Dennis Crowley's Challenge car. My understanding is the car was first a Shelton car, then Classic Coach (F Central Florida) before it was decommissioned and D. Crowley used his 360Challenge (same color)

I will try to have someone with influence see what they can dig up at FCF.

At the end of the day, there appears nothing wrong with the car. The electric shock sign is on but the shocks appear okay.
New tires and off you go into the distance.

Sitting there yesterday and looking at the car witrh Scotty and Bart, after a few hours the color kind of grows on you. Its really not that bad anymore.

Get a sticker: "This car bleeds Limejuice if you hit it"
