    Hey guys,

    Have any of you titled your Ferrari in the company name? Any words of wisdom / incite regarding the issue before I approach this with my accountant?

    My first 308 was purchased new and registered by a company in canada.
    they later ended up cross with the tax authorities, do not know specifics, and it was wholesaled.

    my second 308 was owned by a family trust, i noticed, when the title was signed over....

    That said, they are both registered as "used cars" under my personal assets. why give the IRS such an easy target?

    my .02.. tax exempt pennies!!!
