I'm thinking about changing the tires on my 360 F1 from the Michelin Pilot Sports to the Yokohama AVS. Does anyone else have any reccomendations?

I am not sure of the exact sizes offered, but look into Bridgestone S-03s, and Michelin Pilot Sport 2s. These are the best tires on the market imo.

I went from PS to P0s on my 360M and there is no turning back. They will not last as long but the grip is fantastic and the sidewalls are much stronger. Niether S03s nor the PS2 have 360M fitment yet! Just keep in mind that the factory recommended air pressure for your car is only good for the PS. P0s and S02-A have different cold pressure setting.

After a Laguna Seca track day, I must say I am very impressed with the Bridgestone S02A's that came on my '04 Modena. The grip was impressive, they didn't get greasy when they got warm, and the wear was even and minimal.

All my friends swear by the P-Zero Corsa... F-Car AND P-Car drivers alike. Unfortunately, I can't get them because of the aftermarket sizes I'm running (I hear they're only available in 18", and I'm on 19").

There are available in 19" as they are used on the Stradale.
