    LOL, it's not dead - you post here too!

    Things are great. Had a great 75F Texas Christmas vacation with family complete with a day of paintball and a day shooting pistols at the range. Kind of makes up for the 105F summer we had there.

    Now back in Boston struggling to prepare for a course that begins tomorrow on Venture Capital that looks to combine all of the minutae that drove me nuts in Securities Regulation with all of the minutae that drove me nuts in Taxation, built on a foundation of Corporations I don't remember.
