That picture was on snopes a while back. It may be a photoshop, but its still funny. Even though its not real, what does it say about Bush if people beleive that its real?!? Do we as americans really think hes a total idiot?
Personally I never worried so much about whether he was an idiot or not because of the people that are in his cabinet. A friend of mine pointed out that Clinton, the intelligent person that he is, surrounded himself with people less intelligent than himself whereas, in the case of little George, it's just the opposite. It actually happened...but is taken ourt of context: he was given the binoculars by the military officer on the left, and automatically put them up to his eyes, as we al would do, w/o checking to see if the lens caps were on (who uses lens caps on binocs, anyway?).
