I just moved to VEGAS and I am looking for a highly recommended Ferrari mechanic. Any suggestions? Thank you Paul
Hard to find them here Italy Service does work on many Ferraris here, rentals etc., talk to John the mechanic or Oscar the owner. Precision Automotive can do work on them also.
Just hold on a while, Rumor has it when Wynn LasVegas is completed. It will have a Ferrari Dealership in the Casino. Good Luck to you.
Currently Wynn's staff truck their F-cars to Scottsdale Ferrari for service. 575, 550 Barchetta, etc. Kaller
Thank You guys, Looks like I will stick with Ferrari of Orange County for now. What a pain in the ass!
Ironically my 328 was here in Vegas a few years ago by a Po before it went to Boston then Fresno Ca and he had it trucked to Steve Harris in Utah, they seem very reasonable from the reciepts I have and have a excellent rep here. Italy Service is very knowlegeable on Ferrari, Oscar the owner has a 328, they are expensive though, might try them in a pinch.
my 348ts currently being 30 k serviced, by john at italy service here in town. seemed super knowledgable and many F cars also being sevicedthere including 355, 328,400,365 word in town is this is only legit F car sevice est. i,ll keep u posted. ps trucking ur car to oc is nuts!
Well they are into a different knid of "service" in Vegas......lol I think you do have to go to Scottsdale.. or Phoenix.....
I have no idea what you've read into these posts that would suggest that Italy Service is anything but reputable. I have had three Ferraris serviced there to my total satisfaction (along with other cars of mine), and have found them to be totally competent and (perhaps more importantly) the most HONEST auto shop I have ever encountered anywhere. The only strike against them is that they are not an authorized dealer, so are not usable for warranty work. Hopefully, when the Wynn/Penske shop opens next April, that problem will be solved for owners of newer cars. But personally, I doubt I will be moving any of my business over to them.
Thanks for the tip guys. John and Oscar have been great. Thery did a clutch for me a few months back and some minor maintenance. So far so good!! Thanks again
Yeah, I have to agree. Bought my 328 in Vegas, had some extensive work done on it by Italy Service before I drove it home to San Diego - was very happy with John and Oscar. Good luck. Aaron
Anyone read the TIME magazine article yet. In the article it has the Ferrari / Maserati dealership in the new casino.
i agree john and oscar at Italy Service are the best in town, and honest as well super nice to deal with. even if a dealership opens here in town, i would only have my car serviced by Italy Service
Italy Service is first rate. John rebuilt my 308 after it burst into flames on the track back in April 2003. It's never run better, and I trust him like no other. There are 2 other shops in town (besides Wynn-Penske) that you can trust to do brakes and other maintenance. European House of Imports has a limo pickup and delivery service. Raymond's is capable of rebuilding engines and transmissions and may be somewhat less expensive. Address & Phone Numbers: http://www.ferraricluboflasvegas.com/sponsors.html Paul & Joe - hope to see you at a Ferrari Club event!
It's kind of a stretch to have someone from Miami talking about being reputable, especially a used car salesman!
