Picts? Profile? What is this silliness? I had better clean the car first...been over a month! I don't think the new grey-brown paint job and charcoal wheels are the most becoming... --Dan
Here is the plate on my car. "NSU" stands for "not so underwhelming" although I don't expect anyone to figure that out when they see the plate. The truth is, when I transferred the reg from CA to WA this was the plate the DOL clerk handed me... a completely random act. I thought it was cool at first but now people keep asking me what "NSU" means and I'm running out of stories. Thinking of going back and getting a more generic tag number. Wasn't NSU a German car manufacturer, that later became part of Audi? Maybe it's time to get a new vanity plate.
In Sweden I have seen a Porsche 928 "Mr Ski" by Atomic general agent, and some small cars have plates like 2fast4u or F-355 and one Jag had a plate Taxed; they noticed later that he had swindled millions.
Just received my plates from California dept of motor vehicles. "360 CS". Problem is they are on a Mercedes 420 clk and probably will be for a while (until the 360 cs arrives)
