Hi, I was looking for 328 chassis pics, a couple of months ago, and was impossible in this forum, it´s incredible but true. You´ll try to find it in google, searching for ferrari parts. Regards Jesus.
Are you looking for actual photos of a chassis, or just line drawings? I've never photos of a 3x8 chassis w/o the skins in the 5 years I've had a 308. Technical specifications .PDF file in the 'private document collection' has line drawings of the 3x8 chassis. They're supplied for the purposes of frame checking/alignment after an accident.
I asked for photos or drawings of a 308 chassis on the old board but got no responses. For research purposes, I just wanted to know how the fenders and body panels were attached to the frame. Without any photos or actual cars to examine, it would be rather difficult to properly tell if a car had suffered damage in an accident and had been repaired. Not having examined many Ferraris firsthand, I have heard that some of their construction techniques were rather crude. I wanted the chassis information to help determine the difference between crude factory construction and bad collision repair. Apparently chassis photos and diagrams remain a "holy grail" in the Ferrari world.

There's almost no difference to the 308 GTSi frame. Perhaps there are slight mounting point differences for the rear bumper.
