    Well, I've contact the owner and actually got a reply from him. I wonder if anyone have contact him ? I find it too hard to belive it's true and too dodgy to do a deal.

    What do you guys think ?

    Here's the reply from the owner and would want me to agree on these terms;

    This car still available for sale, if you interest and accept this terms
    pls email me. I cannot hold this car for long time.

    Terms:
    1. I will be submit export doc if we are DEAL. I need 2-3 days to submit
    export doc.
    2. After I finished submit all export doc. I will be send to you via email
    or fax.
    3. After you has received this export papers documents you must released
    the money just for Down Payment $10,000.00 and balance after the car
    arrival in your port.

    If you agree for this transaction pls email me and I will be procces this
    export documents.

    I think it's fraud. That said there's a way to find out. Do it on an international LC through a bank with branches in HK and wherever the car is. Demand an inspection. Before you go to look at it have a lawyer who is vetted by your HK lawyer look at it verify vin, check vin with interpole, etc. Then do entire deal through a recognized escrow agent.
    If it's not fraud they will agree to these terms.
