When my 330 2+2 was up on the rack the mechanic showed me where metal had been added to the driveshaft by a previous owner to balance it and cure vibration.

You could check into this - I think it's a common problem and common solution. I've done extended cruising at 80 with no vibration at all.

I'm happy with my 330 as well. It was a good solid car to begin with, needing some work. I've spent some time and $ on it but am still well within the very reasonable range to own a vintage V12.

Gee, I bought my 250 PF for a grand sum of $5000......and it was in perfect condition. So, I guess that makes it the poorest man's Ferrari. Of course, that was in 1975.

The votes are in ... but to me you can't beat the 365's Pininfarina styling, affordability, and ammenities .. + the fact that you can travel w/ four adults (or children) w/ great comfort

Get's my vote. I guess they are hovering under $70K for GT. Paid $40K for mine 6 months ago, needed $15K motor work and an interior.

Saw several in the mid-high $60K range.

Every now and then, you can find a 330 GTC below $70k. Probably the most fun to drive of any of the models listed so far...
