    Best just refers to a good 1-2k a year driver and show car for enjoyment.

    That's easy, the Daytona. The Lusso would have been serious competition if they hadn't appreciated so much.

    The knock I've heard on the older 250s (pre-1960) is that they're lousy to drive. I haven't driven one, but that's what I've read.

    Daytona of course! Although I must say the Dino (206/246GT) is one of the best looking cars out there :)

    Surprisingly the Daytona's top...fantastic car.
    But does it belong in this list. Can you really buy a Daytona for $70_130k? Perhaps you can in the US.
    250PF would be my choice, but I voted for the 330GTC

    OK Daytona's start about $110k, you can get a pretty nice one for $130k.

    Yep you should be able to pick up a coupe for 120s to 30s. It might not be perfect but pretty good. They are actually a bargain @ the moment. It won't last though, as the market comes back Daytonas will go back through the roof.

    While a Dino is good looking they are way overpriced. I still remember when you could pick on up for less than 20K, I personally passed on one here in Dallas for 14K (yes still kicking myself).
