    They don't take PayPal or credit cards.

    A US Draft wont work, right?

    Money transfer costs too much -- I'm only sending ~$200 USD.

    USPS International money orders not available for Germany.

    where do you buy them? Can you get them in Euros or USD only?

    I'm also checking out ikobo.com. They send money via ATM cards.

    Your bank should be able to sell you an international bank draft in whatever currency you want, drawn on a local correspondent bank in the country of origin.

    I do it all the time to buy stuff from Europe.
