355 dome light and F1 trans not engaging

    Cant' get the dome light off maybe a short in the switch also causing car not to take off without left foot braking while accelerating from a dead stop. Any ideas suggestions appreciated TIA, Mike in FL

    Just wanted to know, did you try all three settings of the dome lamp if its a convert.??
    forward,middle, and back
    also check the center switch on the center console,it might have been depressed by accident

    you were right button on center console, and by putting that fuse back in the car stays in gear without left foot braking
    Whoopie!
