Hope I'm wrong... it's (GLBT) an OTC stock trading currently at 12 cents. The company sells LD services over the internet so it's telecom related.

Again, hope I'm wrong but this looks like a long shot to me. However it's trading a lot of shares...

You guys hear anything about TCFT? Its currently trading at $0.0364, but an investment firm just placed on order for 1,000,000 shares at $0.25 today.

I hardly looked at what position the company is in, but based the hype alone I'm going to buy some tommorow morning for fun and wait a week. Proably only about $500-1000 though just for fun, Im not betting my retirement on it

 

I dont know about FXGP, I am going to play them at 0.010 with a sell order at 0.04. As far as GLBT goes I have been accumulating and have been actively buying while the MM's hold the price steady while dump shares. More than likely unless there is some great news comes out GLBT will not move up past the 0.15 range till March some time. But as much as you want to give Canto crap, he was right the company has solid revs and more than likely will continue to grow.

Anyway lets see FXGP shoot up I would be more than happy. Who else is all in on this board?

I'm new at investing so i think i'll stay as far away from otcbb stocks as i can. I thought it was bad to buy stocks that were at or near 52wk lows, but rather that its better to buy stocks that are closer to 52wk highs.

If the stock went from $25 to $0.00whatever, it must have happened for a reason.

 

it lost 31% today. Maybe monday would be a better time to buy if tuesday is when the big news comes out.

 

Today looks to me like a lot of people selling short and manipulating the market.

Who knows? There is a lot of hype on the stock, and it hasn't had a big run yet. I've got about 53k shares, and I'm hoping it does some moving tomorrow.

Tim - OTCBB stocks are fun to play with. My school schedule is only two days a week this quarter, so I've got three business days to track the market. It's a good way to learn the market, but it can be kind of costly. I dumped about $1k into OTCBB's and have had some good fun with it. I've made a few hundred buck, lost a few hundred bucks, and learned a good amount about day-trading - not neary enough to really know what the hell I'm talking about, but enough to have some good fun.

Throw a hundred bucks into a penny stock and watch it. Go to allstocks.com and hunt around for info.

William- do you trade with an online discount brokerage? Im looking to open up an account with one of them next week. I was planing on ding it this week but i just want to make sure i pick the right one. So far its between td waterhouse and scottrade. I was considering etrade but im not going to make 27 trades per quarter soi dont want to pay their "inactivity fee". Right now im leaning heavily towards td waterhouse.

 

A friend has waterhouse and they have big comissions on OTCBB stocks.
