After 20+ years, I finally got one!! MANY MANY thanks to Martin (Cavallino) and Mike (LNS Motors) for getting me into my first F-car. If these folks are a sample of the community I'm joining, we're all in great shape! Helpful, patient, educational, and just too darn nice. Here are the details: 1990 348ts, 29K miles, 30K just completed. Black/tan. My first lesson of the day? Driving at night is rough... the car rides so low that everyone's headlights are blinding. Second lesson? Learn where the fuel door release is located -before- going for a spin! Tomorrow's mission: Determine just how much Griot's product can be used in a single day. Looks great! We are 6 months into our 1st Ferrari, a 348 also. Just holler if you have any questions. -John
Congrats! I love that pic of it in the back of the truck, reminds me of how I felt when mine finally arrived. Bet you were excited!
Best of luck with it..... I noticed no muffler(s) on the trailer photo...It must sound really sweet when you open it up....plus more HP to boot....Enjoy! VK
congratulations on your purchase! hope you drive it to the fullest and not let it sit in the garage! cheers
Congrats on the car!! Reminds me of the year I spent in Ferrari bliss...using a '90 348ts to cover long distances to my girlfriends house was SWEET!! I see you was your just as much as I did...
I'm waiting for the owner to verify this....unless he has an aftermarket exhaust on it, which sits higher up than the stock exhaust... The clutch housing should not be showing like this with the stock muffler installed... Check your car....
You will enjoy this thing beyond your imagining. My first F car was a black/tan 348 spider. You may want to look into getting the front spoiler trimmed in a competent body shop rather than letting the drive do it for you; you can get a smoother edge by having it done professionally! Also, highly recommended: try Zebra Spray detailer, after you have done your magic. Its available directly from the company:Wurth, or on the Net. Best product i have used so far for black cars. enjoy.
Congrats and welcome to the 348 brotherhood. goyal99, your 348 is tough! I really like the painted speedlines to match the paint. Sweet ride.
