Anyone try these fender badges?

Has anyone had any luck with these fender shields?

You can buy them from any dealer for less than $15 each. I mounted mine on a magnetic backing so I can take them off of the car at will.

I have them on my car and while they may not be as good as the original ones they look very good. Also they are so cheap the you can simply replace them if they deteriorate or are stolen.

Have a pair and all around nice guy Verell (Fchat) put magnets on the back. IMHO they look horrible as compared to the real thing. Only reason i have them is to decide if i want the 308 fenders pounded (indented) and have the REAL things installed. Still undecided. Magnet is fine, but pertinently install them... IMHO NO WAY!

i have them on my 78 308, they look great!!

 

Looks like the reserve price is set high and $10 shipping is a real rip off !!!! You can get excellent ones from Ferrari UK for about $3 a piece and just stick them onto a magnetic backing to put on and off as you please without the slightest problem for the paintwork. I have done this on my 328 but can't decide if I like them or not, so some day they are on and sometimes off, the perfect and cheap solution. !!

 

I like the magnetic shields. Somedays you feel like shields and somedays you don't.
