18" TR rims with pole position Bridgestone's, what do you think? Should they stay or go?? Image Unavailable, Please Login
those look a lot like 355 rims, were the they that similar? can't remember... i think it looks ok, but those rims and tires may be a bit much for the car. i prefer the stock look better, fwiw.
Not bad but I like the originals on a 328...everything else sort of throws the car out of balance to me.
I've always believed that the wheels can make or break a car. And as a recent purchaser of a 328, I think the stock wheels work very well. My vote would be: go back to stock. But to each his own...Battman
They look great, just not AS great as stock. There is a guy with 360 rims on a 328 (IIRC) and they just look WAY out of place. Not even from the same era. Rims are like girlfriends, though. To each his own. Russ
marinelo, Let's put "looks" aside as each of us will have different tastes. How do you like them? How does your 328 handle with these 18" wheels and tires? Have you noticed any improvement? If you have, then keep this set-up. You can always remount your original rims for show. Barry
I too like the originals but feel if the suspension was lowered it would make a better appearance to the eye. But who cares what we think, do you like them..
I like the look of the rims on your car but I would lower the car a bit. From the picture it looks like the car sits to high, it is more noticeable because your car is on a hill.
I like them. It's a nice alternative look. What are the widths of the wheels, especially in the rear?
Honestly, the rims/ties look too very modern high tech while the car is much more classically beautiful. Both are nice individually, but a mis-match. Bottom line is whether you like them or not - it's your car.
Are you looking for looks, handling or both?? These 18" wheels/tires look great to me and they make your car stand out....You just need to lower your ride a bit...As far as handling vs stock wheels, you need to decide on that...However I think the lighter/stronger TR wheels are better than the stock 328 setup. Keep both sets, if you can.... VK
I typically prefer keeping wheels stock in most cases but those look ok on there. At least their ferrari wheels. I think those are lower profile than the original 328's?
oh dear God! are your floor mats new as well? heathen! this surely means that the fuel in your gas tank must also not be original? blasphamy! what about the oil and oil filter? surely, you've tampered with those gems as well? repent now! and the list goes on... your windshield washer fluid, windshield wipers and, for the love of small furry animals, are those NOT the original 15 years old bricks, er, tires that came from the sanctity of the factory christened by the holy tire dressing a la maranello? oh dear holy Enzo!!! dude, the car looks great. most important is: do YOU like them? it is, after all , your car. all this concourse, original, plastic wrapper talk is silly.
